Ilrick Duhamel has been competing in ITU Age Group events since 2019. He represented Canada at the 2019 multisport world championships held in Pontevedra and at the 2019 Lausanne Grande Finale. The 2020 season started with his first world cup appearance on the winter triathlon circuit. 

Highlights:

- 6th place in the 25-29 AG at the 2022 World Triathlon Sprint & Relay Championships Montreal.
- 8th place at the 2020 Québec ITU S3 Winter Triathlon World Cup.
- 3rd place in the 20-24AG at the 2019 Pontevedra ITU Duathlon World Championships.
- Top 20 in the 20-24AG at the 2019 ITU World Triathlon Grand Final Lausanne.
- 2019 Canadian Sprint Triathlon 20-24 AG Champion.
