From swimming to Triathlon
I was born ion March,23rd, 2003 Cairo, Egypt
I started swimming by age of 5 years till age of 17, I was one of the best swimmers on national level
During the whole period, I have got several medals gold, silver and bronze for long distance races as 800 m and 1500 m on national level, also I was ranked the best swimmer and the best time on Cairo level for 100 m distance on 2017.
By end of 2019, I decided to move to amazing sport which is Triathlon as a new challenge for me in which I have a short term plan and long term objectives definitely I am working on to achieve it within a timeframe.
