Jonas Schomburg has been a leading light of German triathlon for over a decade, his lightening swim and powerful bike consistently putting him in the mix at the highest level of World Triathlon racing. After breaking into the top tier of racing in 2014, Schomburg became U23 Aquathlon World Champion in 2016 and broke into the WTS top 10 for the first time in Stockholm. His first Olympic Games at Tokyo 2020 saw an individual 38th-place finish and helped Germany to sixth in the Mixed Relay.
