With 2013 just weeks away, it’s time to start thinking about those pesky New Year’s resolutions. It’s time for new beginnings, new goals and new races.

Whether you are a veteran triathlete or have vowed to try your hand at the three-discipline sport for the first time, we have you covered. Today we bring you the first of several videos featuring essential triathlon training tips designed to improve your form, technique and knowledge.

The series breaks triathlon down into swimming, transitions, biking and running. The areas are further divided into safety, core, coordination and components for each discipline. You don’t have to thank us. Consider it an early holiday present.
