Ibiza Multisport Championships: Day 3

After a magnificent display of Sprint duathlon competition in Santa Eulalia, today is the turn of the Standard Distance Duathlon World Championships for Age Groupers. The youngest ones will be the first ones lining up, and the Para athletes will take the start, over sprint distance, at 13.30h. And to round up the day, get ready for a lot of fast and furious action with the 2x2 Duathlon Mixed Relay for Elites, U23 and Junior athletes at 15.15h. All the updates and images of the day, here!


16.30h - 2x2 Mixed Relay taking place now, and even the top elite athletes are out there cheering for their mates. Check out Emma Pallant, winner yesterday, cheering for Ai Ueda! Come down to the beach front and cheer with her!


14.20h - Stefanie Porta, from USA, was our last athlete today crossing the finish line. Congratulations! What a great effort from each and everyone of the athletes lining up today!

13.10h - Some of the best Para duathletes of the world are ready to take the streets of Santa Eulalia. Some world crowns await for them! Get ready to cheer on them! And remember you can also watch them cross the finish line on TriathlonLIVE.tv.

10.30h - And Georgia Bell, from Great Britain, is our first female winner of the day. Congratulations!


9.55h - Double strike for Frenchman David Bernard, first one crossing the finish line today, after also winning his age-group category yesterday in the Sprint Duathlon. Two world titles under his belt in two days!


9.00h - All duathletes are now on course, and what a beautiful course it is!
