Bio

At the age of 4, Dylan Campa started swimming due to having too much child-energy and admiring his cousin and sister who also swam. Thanks to his cousin’s career of becoming the fastest swimmer in Mexico, he took up the goal of becoming a great athlete. At the age of 15, having an entire chilhood swimming background, he took the step up to triathlon where he started developing and gaining experience.

Dylan has gained experience and achievements, amongst them being multiple-times Junior Elite national champ, member of the elite national community, and winning Bronze at the 2019 Junior North-American Championships. Combining studies and sport since being a kid, he’s currently studying a degree in Mecathronics Engineering at university. Furthermore, Campa Carranza aims to keep developing as an athlete and keep representing Mexico in gradually higher level international events.
