Impairment Details
In 1993, at age 16, he had an accident at the motocross provincial championships. He broke five cervical vertebrae and lost the use of his legs.

Start of sporting career
He began training for para-triathlon in 2007.

Ambitions
To compete at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. He also aims to open his own massage therapy school after the Games in Rio de Janeiro.
