I began triathlon when I was 11 years old, because I saw my father doing the most important triathlon in Costa Rica. My family have had the biggest influence on my sporting career.
I currently train in Cartago, and in an average training week I swim six hours, bike nine, and run five. My personal best swim time (1500m) is 17:53, bike (40km) 55 min, run (10km) 31:10. I am currently coaching the Liberian triathlon team: 35 kids and 10 adults.
My favorite ITU race is the Mooloolaba World Cup. It’s a great place to compete! My triathlon goals are to be ranked in the top ten triathletes in the world, and have a podium finish in an Olympic Games.
Outside of triathlon, I spend my time studying and working with my father.
