Fortalecer el centro es un modo de incrementar tu capacidad de enfrentar el segmento en bicicleta con éxito. Un centro fuerte os ayuda a estabilizaros en la bicicleta, lo que evitará el bamboleo y la consiguiente pérdida de energía tan necesaria para el resto de la carrera.
Incrementar la cantidad de ejercicios para el centro no es el único modo de mejorar el equilibrio en la bicicleta. La vista, la posición de la cabeza, la tensión corporal; todo esto contribuye en la coordinación. este vídeo os enseñará cómo reducir la pérdida de energía y aumentar la velocidad.
