National Federations invited to first-ever international Para Triathlon Conference

This August, the best para triathletes will travel to the city Swansea (Wales, UK), for the first edition of the 2022 World Triathlon Para Series Swansea, an event that will host the first-ever International Para Triathlon Conference, aiming to bring experts in the field from all over the world to discuss research findings and new approaches on the enhancement of high performance and development of para triathlon. 2022 World Triathlon Para Series Swansea will see Paralympic, World and European champions descend on Swansea for the next three years representing the pinnacle of para triathlon competition. The elites will be joined by up-and-coming athletes for a leg of the British Triathlon Paratri Super Series and participants in the GO TRI Disability Aquathlon. The World Triathlon Para Series Swansea leads the lineup for the Para Sport Festival, coordinated by Disability Sport Wales and the British Triathlon Federation.

International Para Triathlon Conference
This event will be the first-ever International Para Triathlon Conference and will focus on elevating the importance and impact of paratriathlon globally. All national triathlon federations are welcome to attend, whether you have a well-established para triathlon programme already or are looking to introduce para triathlon to your federation for the first time. The conference will consist of three days of sessions and workshops followed by the 2022 World Triathlon Para Series race on the fourth and final day (August 6th).
