I practiced middle distance at a young age with good results (800m. 1’54 “) and after leaving the activity of runner at the age of forty I started practicing triathlon intrigued by this beautiful discipline.
In a few years I have improved more and more starting to get interesting results in my age category (Masters).

Over the years I have won in my age category :
- 115 total national races won
- the Regional Triathlon sprint title 11 times on 2004 - 2005 - 2011 -2012 - 2013 - 2014 -2016 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019 - 2022
- the National Triathlon Sprint title 6 times, Gold on 2013 - 2015 - 2018 - 2019 - 2020 - 2022 Bronze 2 times on 2012 - 2016
- the National Aquathlon title 4 times.- Gold 2007 - 2013 - 2018 - 2022 Silver 3 times on 2014 - 2015 - 2017 Bronze 2 times on 2012 - 2019

In addition to these successes I was almost always in the top 6 of the category ranking of the triathlon sprint.

Since 2014 I have also started competing internationally, managing to obtain :
- 4 Gold medal - European titles in the Acquathlon (Bratislava 2017 - Ibiza 2018 - Targu Mures 2019 - Bilbao 2022)
- 1 Gold medal - European title in the Triathlon sprint (Kazan 2019)
- 1 Gold medal at the European Master Games of Triathlon sprint (Turin 2019)
- 1 Silver medal at the World Master Games of Triathlon sprint (Turin 2013)
- 1 Silver medal at the World Acquathlon Championship (Samorin 2022)
- 1 Bronze medal at the World Triathlon Super Sprint (Abu Dhani 2022)

- 2 4th places at the World Aquathlon championships (Fyn 2018) and at the European Triathlon championships (Glashow 2018)

- 2 5th place at the European Triathlon Sprint championship (Munich 2022 and Madrid 2023)

- 2 6th places at the World Triathlon Sprint championships (Rotterdam 2017 and Lausanne 2019)

- 2 6th place at the World Acquathlon championship (Pontevedra 2019 and Ibiza 2023)
